Remote
Salary - £70K – £80K + bonus

What you will be doing as Head of Talent (Tech)
You’ll be using your IT recruitment experience to source and select candidates for niche technology roles. With access to the latest recruitment technology, you’ll be using the likes of Github and LinkedIn Recruiter on a daily basis. That said, you’ll be expected to tap into your own network too and be driven to understand new technologies and trends in the market.
You won’t just be sourcing CVs, you’ll be qualifying them and taking them through a selection process too, so expect to conduct in-depth telephone and video interviews so that you’re only ever introducing quality candidates into the business.
You’ll be placing people into software development roles, devops, A+ and A- and application engineering and quality and testing. And to do this effectively you’ll develop solid relationships with stakeholders in the business to make sure you can match the right talent to the right opportunity.
What you’ll need or What we expect from you
Proven track record as a 360 agency or internal tech recruiter
Minimum of 3 years’ experience of technical recruitment
Experience of filling technical perm roles across the entire project lifecycle
Ability to maximise the usage of LinkedIn Recruiter, and knowledge of utilising job boards
Be open, honest, solution oriented and passionate about what you do
Provide an exceptional candidate experience to attract the very best people the industry has to offer
