James has been a pleasure to work with during my job hunt. I have dealt with a lot of recruitment agents and have experienced the same pattern with them all, barre James.  James listened to what I was looking for in a role, he only called me with roles which were suitable for me, he called me when he said he would and provided a seamless service. I really do appreciate all James’s hard work; without him I would not have found that role I am in now which is a great fit. May I also add that he is very polite and patient as I was not his easiest client 😊

Not really one to write testimonials but credit is due where is credit is due! I was looking for urgent employment and decided to ring a few of agencies, after speaking to a couple , I felt as though I was being treated as a number rather than an individual. "My dream job was to become an outreach family support worker. I had some experience of this from previous roles. I was coming to the end of my 3-year degree and decided to start looking for work. I came across Talent Crowd and got in touch with Madge. We had a conversation, and I sent my CV out not feeling very hopeful, after working with me on making my CV stand out Madge sent it off to different employers. Within a week I was invited to an interview (one in my wildest dreams). I received a call from Madge who said I was offered the job. Sadly some things became apparent and I was no longer able to progress in this role. I was devastated thought that was my only chance. My process started with Owen at the beginning of the year. I was in a job that I couldn't see myself in for the long term and was looking for a change in the sector that better suited my caring nature.
